Strategic Planning
Annual and bi-annual business planning across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Use Case: In business, it takes a team to be fully successful. Grow Strategic Consulting can bring sales, marketing, and product teams together to build a comprehensive strategic plan for the year, tailored to the outcomes determined by your organization. In this scenario, we would meet with stakeholders from sales, marketing, and the product teams to identify goals, quarter/year-end goals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track success along the way. Packages also include monthly check-ins with stakeholders to assess progress and determine if alterations need to be made to achieve goals.

60 minute preparation session with the project lead to scope project and goals.
90 minute planning and strategy session with extended project owners resulting in a planning framework to record goals, milestones, and owners. This ideally has a representative from sales, marketing, product management, and operations.
Monthly 60 minute session to record progress and adjust plan as needed.
90 minute Quarterly Business Review framework and presentation.
Event Strategy
Organizations invest in event sponsorships and expect the items in their package to yield the results they want. With so many other sponsors competing for mindshare, it is easy for your brand to be lost in the mix. Grow Strategic Consulting provides a comprehensive event strategy to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation before, during, and after sponsored third party events. Examples include AWS re:Invent, VMware Explore, and SAP Sapphire.
Use Case: Third party event sponsorships are a great way to expand your target audience, acquire new customers, and strengthen mindshare with existing customers. A booth on the show floor is a great way to get your foot in the door, and there is so much more you can do to enhance your presence at the event. Grow Strategic Consulting will work with you to develop a full engagement plan for the event. This will include a pre-event plan, duration of show plan, and post event plan to nurture and follow through on leads to convert to opportunities.
